Carmina Eliason
Carmina Eliason took her first darkroom photography class in high school and has been in love with the medium ever since. Today Carmina is an artist who combines historical process photography with digital photography to make art about culture, identity, and ancestry. She has a BA in Cultural Anthropology and an MFA in Photography from San José State University. Carmina teaches and exhibits her work around the Bay Area and is currently a resident artist at Cubberley Artist Studio Program in Palo Alto, California.
