Saro Armenian, DO MPH

Dr. Saro Armenian is a pediatric hematologist/oncologist with expertise in pediatric cancer, epidemiology, and cancer survivorship. He is a Professor in the Department of Pediatrics and Population Sciences, and Directs the Childhood Cancer Survivorship Program and the Division of Outcomes Research at City of Hope. He is the immediate past Chair of the Children’s Oncology Group Survivorship and Outcomes Committee, and is a Leukemia & Lymphoma Society Clinical Research Scholar.
He has been the recipient of several awards including the American Society of Bone Marrow Transplantation HistoGenetics New Investigator Award, Paul Calabresi Clinical Oncology Career Development Award, the Ruby N. Roney Endowment at City of Hope, and is a past-fellow of the American Society of Hematology Clinical Training Institute. His research is currently funded by the National Institutes of Health, the Leukemia & Lymphoma Society, and the American Cancer Society.
