Entry fee includes: golf cart, practice range and balls, prize drawings, team photos, food and drinks. Musical entertainment begins after the last putt drops!

Golfers of all skill levels welcome! Participation is limited – entry deadline is October 8, 2011. Tournament sponsorships of all levels are available!
